Refund Policy

Initial Billing Period

All subscription fees are non-refundable for the initial billing period (first month) after purchase.

Subsequent Billing Cycles

For subsequent billing cycles, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days from the start of the current billing period, provided that your use of the service during that period has been limited and does not exceed reasonable usage thresholds.

Case-by-Case Review

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.

Exclusions

No refunds will be issued after fourteen (14) days into a billing cycle or for accounts that have engaged in extensive or abusive usage of the service.
